Eat Out to Help Out - 50% Discount in Participating Establishments
This week sees the start of the Government's scheme to entice us back into restaurants, pubs and cafes to help the hospitality industry by saving up to £10 on food and soft drinks.
Local businesses in the Oban and Lorn area have signed up and there's a brand new directory listing them all in one easy to find place: https://www.oh-aye.co.uk/eat-out-to-help-out
The scheme provides customers with a 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner). It's available every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3rd and 31st August and can be used as many times as you like.
You do not need a voucher to use this scheme and you can use it at the same time as other offers and discounts. There is no minimum spend.
The only restriction is that you cannot claim the discount on alcoholic drinks or service charges.
The discount will be automatically available to you at participating establishments. Establishments will then claim a reimbursement from the government for the discount they've given you.
