Our Clan MacDonald cottage has been awarded a cat 2 disabled access award by Visit Scotland. The cottage is all on the level and is one of only two cottages which has its own front and back door. The back door leads out from the kitchen onto a lovely terrace overlooking the River Nell. We also welcome dogs in this cottage. We accept up to a max 2 dogs and dogs are charged £8 per dog per night.. There is a king-size ensuite room with a corner bath which is not wheelchair friendly but there is also a walk-in shower suitable for wheelchair users. The other bedroom is a twin room with zip and link beds which can be made into a king-size bed if requested. Please let us know if you wish the twin beds to be zip and linked together. The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a small ramp around it for wheelchair users. We also have a small range of equipment you may find useful. We have a shower stool and chair and also a wheelchair/commode which can also be used in the shower. We also have a frame that fits round the toilet and some portable grab rails. We also have a travel cot and highchair available at no extra charge. Please request at time of booking. You can park your car right beside the cottage and there is a ramp to the front door. The cottage has all mod cons including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, George Foreman grill, flat screen smart tv and smart Freesat box, and free wireless Internet access. We also provide washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, tin foil, hand wash, and hand lotion, etc. All bedding and towels are also provided. There is also a small welcome pack on arrival including teas, coffee, milk, biscuits and water/soft drink
