Winter Foraging Workshop
Starting from The Pierhouse you will take a leisurely stroll exploring nature’s pantry on the way.
With welcome refreshments, snacks and tasters throughout the session, expert foraging tuition, a food demonstration from our own Chef Michael, culminating in a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring a combination of foraged ingredients alongside the best of local produce from our wonderful suppliers.
You will be surprised at what is still available from the natural larder during the winter months. This wild food wander will focus on seasonal goodies and preservation techniques.
