Autumn Harvest Foraging
Starting from The Pierhouse you will take a leisurely stroll exploring nature’s pantry on the way. With welcome refreshments, snacks and tasters throughout the session, expert foraging tuition, a food demonstration from our own Chef Michael, culminating in a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring a combination of foraged ingredients alongside the best of local produce from our wonderful suppliers. Search the coast and forest to make the most of nature’s bounty during the traditional harvest season. Highlights will include nuts, seeds and berries along with a focus on fungi and edible trees.
