Heathery Heights

Outdoor Adventure and Foraging Experiences

Find your freedom with experienced and qualified guides

Heathery Heights offers bespoke guided walks and tailored outdoor experiences for individuals and small groups across Argyll & the Isles. With so much on our doorstep, there is plenty to explore and do. We can guide you on Argyll’s less frequented hills with unrivalled views over lochs, islands, and glens; along stunning rugged coastal paths with the chance to see a wide range of birds and sea life; through Celtic rainforest rich in rare lichens and mosses (and beavers); to ancient historical sites including burial cairns, standing stones, ruined castles, and iron age forts. Experiences include foraging, learning about and tasting wild foods; guided walks exploring Mid Argyll and Kintyre’s historic past; superb coast and hill walks from Gigha and the Kintyre Way to Argyll's Corbetts and Munros; navigation and hills skill days for a range of abilities; a selection of crafted events in collaboration with other local businesses. We welcome well-behaved dogs where appropriate, they need their holidays too!
