Happy New Year

07 January 2016 at 14:48

Another year over and it certainly went out in style with a spectacular display of northern lights visible across Oban and Lorn. Check out our Facebook page and our Instagram account for some stunning images.

This new year - 2016 - is being marketed as the Year of Architecture, Innovation and Design. But we are not quite finished with food and drink in Argyll and with Oban the Seafood Capital of Scotland it is understandable that our relationship with Scotland's food and drink industry will continue to grow and flourish.

Later this month is Burns Night - a celebration of all things Rabbie Burns. And that of course includes Haggis so watch this space as we take a closer look at our national dish!
