This week OLTA food blogger Michelle McAnally spoke with Nick Horne. He and his wife, Nikki, own the award winning Pierhouse Hotel and Seafood Restaurant in Appin. The Pierhouse, with their AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence, topped Alastair Sawday's list of Britain's 20 Most Romantic Hotels and B&Bs, and brought home the 2015 Scottish Hotel Awards Restaurant Regional Winner and Family Hotel Regional Winner honours, as well as the Trip Advisor Bravo Award 2015.
